Guests will find Cascades B-22 a super cute studio with a twin bed, AND a murphy bed! This unit has updates including flooring, furniture and decor! Enjoy everything that makes Cascades special including, ski in/ski out right above South Ridge Base Lodge, indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, ski storage for guests with direct trail access, coin operated laundry, large common area with views of the pool, perfect for board games, relaxing and reading a book, or catching up with friends. Grab first tracks from right outside the door. Located just above the base lodge, South Ridge, jump on the Chondola South Ridge Express to access all 8 peaks. Easily ski back to the unit for lunch then head right back out. This unit offers a beautiful live edge high top for dining, balcony, well stocked full kitchen, full bath, sleeping 3.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels and pool towel provided for each guest.
~This unit has a regular drip coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

It was so cute and nice. I loved being so close to the mountain. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 is there were children running all over the place in attended by adults. They were running up and down the halls until late at night. I wanted to sit near the fire place and read a book but there was about 10 of them under 8 running wild. I know this isn’t your fault but it affected our trip.

As advertised, small but efficient with ski out to south ridge and north peak lifts. Walk to foggy goggle down slope.5 minute drive to White Cap lodge and shipyard brewhaus. Funky access must drive through busy south ridge lot to access. Balcony is a plus. Bathroom is updated with heat and exhaust fans. Heat works well as does stove and microwave, fridge seems new. 1 double bed folds down plus single bed . Comfortable couch. Could not access catv or streaming but wifi is excellent Large heated pool plenty of parking. Condo is quiet got good sleep cant hear much noise from other units lot was plowed although took awhile to sand ice by side entrance to lifts. Use that entry to access unit as no elevator its on 2nd floor. Ski lockers in basement along with coin laundry. Id stay again alone Kind of cramped for 2 or more
