About this apartment rental
Walk to the lifts at Canyon LodgeCourchevel #37 is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom bright sunny end unit with its own private one car garage. Parking for a second car is available outside with a permit. This moderately priced unit comes with free high speed wireless internet and is located 350 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. The large open living area on the first floor above the garage includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room has a large L shaped couch, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. A freestanding wood burning stove. Free firewood is in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen including microwave. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a T. V. , the second bedroom has two twins, and the living room has a queen size sleeper couch. Children WelcomeContactless Check-in and Check-outThere are no addition cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is an additional $110.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. Also utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road closures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted. I had a great stay here! The location couldn’t be better, about a 2 min walk to Canyon Lodge. You’re right there ready to go.
The condo is incredibly clean. It’s quite spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, the bed is comfortable, heaters are effective. If you drive a full size truck or large SUV, you might not be able to fit in the garage, but there is parking for one car right in front of the unit outside.
Snow was cleared on the road each morning, too.
I’d definitely stay here in the future and recommend 100%. A new favorite spot.
