About this house rental
Luxury home in a premier location. 8-10 min walking distance away from pristine beaches of Marco Island. Backyard boasts a Saltwater/Heated Pool in a screened Lanai. Our house is perfect for families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). It is close to, J.W. MARRIOTT, HILTON RESORT and MARRIOTT'S CRYSTAL SHORES, Minutes away from DOWNTOWN Naples, upscale shopping, wildlife trails, chartered fishing and Everglades National Park. Minutes to beach, fishing, boating, and restaurants.
Our Entire house was gutted and renovated completely in 2020, floors and shower walls are finished with natural coral stone tiles.
No expense was spared in creating a luxurious vacation space in one of the most affluent areas of Marco Island.
Brand new Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets including Quartzite countertops.
All furniture, mattresses and bedding are new, purchased from upscale furniture stores.
Interior was furnished under the theory that there’s no such thing as too much style or comfort. The rooms are tastefully decorated with seashells, lush ferns, and colorful fabrics to create an easygoing coastal feel.
This Stylish Marco Island Villa feature separate Living and Dining areas, open concept Kitchen, full Island and a Dinette.
A spacious master suite includes king-size bed, soaking tub and separate shower.
Fully equipped kitchen features Quartzite counter tops upscale KURIG for coffee, latte and cappuccino lovers, stainless steel appliances, mixer etc.
Complimented by home-like conveniences including foam bedding, washer/dryer and elegant west indies decor.
Also, our Villas features a full-size Office, free Wi-Fi, multiple flat-panel smart TVs, Comcast premium programming etc.
Living Room opens directly to the pool deck with pocketing sliders that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The setup is ideal for families with both a covered outdoor living room with dining area, gas grill, outdoor living and dining space on the outdoors.
Attached two-car garage is available for parking and storage of the beach gear provided, including bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart for your convenience.

Our kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to a tray of cocktails to serve guests on the lanai.

You’ve got Brand New air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, linens, towels etc.
The screened lanai is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas and a dining table for 6 including a 4 Burner propane Outdoor Grill.
Three bedrooms plus a den and two full baths are set up to provide comfort in paradise. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plush designer rug and window treatments, cable TV and an En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate modern tub, and dual vanities.
Guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house with a shared full bathroom between them. Your guests will not be disappointed! The queen guest suite offers incredible natural light. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, both bedrooms have been finished with natural coral tile flooring for a contemporary beachy look and easy cleaning. The den, located off the main living room is equipped for versatility with a desk, flat screen Apple computer and a sleeper sofa - use it as a fourth bedroom, private workspace, or working room depending on the needs of your group.

We love and welcome pets, we have an 18 month old German Shepherd as part of our family named Beau who is very friendly and playful.
One of Marco Island’s most popular family attractions, Mackle Park, is just a short walk from the house. It’s filled with covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splash-pad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground.
Inside the community center, you’ll find two billiards tables, ping-pong and Foosball tables and a large gymnastics area. There’s even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around.

Spacious home with everything we needed. Central marco island. Highly reccomed, we would stay again. Even had bikes. We saw a playpen in closet. Plenty of towels. Backyard was very comfortable. A lot of parking space.

Everything was perfect except the AC function.It was really hot in the house for the whole time and was impossible to sleep well.Other than that everything was very good.

First the not so great: The host never responded to the garage door not working properly. The fridge in the kitchen didn't work and we had to put all of our groceries in the dirty garage fridge. There is mold growing on the ceiling in the master bath and in the front facing bedroom. I am highly allergic and spent my entire vacation wheezing. The rugs are a shag type and it seems to harbor a lot of pet dander. The home is in need of painting, badly. The good was the cleanliness of the floors and countertops.
