For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Unit was clean and well stocked, ready several hours before check in which was nice. Checkin process was fairly easy. Departure was a disaster. Waited 25 minutes to try to take an elevator downstairs with our luggage cart, but only one elevator was working and it was always full when it stopped at our floor. The cart attendant would not return our ID until we brought the cart back, so my son and his friend CARRIED THE CART down the stairwell while we made several trips to the car with our things. They told us when we checked in that the elevator wait times were long, and I wish I would have realized what a major issue this would be. Not ok for a 25+ story building. No complaints otherwise, but we will not stay here again due to this.
