Corner 2-Bedroom 2-Bath Suite with WALKOUT TO THE POOL FROM THE LIVING ROOM, 9-person balcony off the Master on the first floor of the resort! A unique suite at the resort!
The resort sells 25% of the suites to individual owners, and I am one of those individual owners. I own the ONLY 2-bedroom 1st Floor 2-bath corner walk-out unit!
Master Bedroom has a King bed, a bathroom with separate bath and shower, a desk/work area, and a LARGE balcony that seats 9. Yes, 9 people!
2nd Bedroom has a King bed and a bathroom just outside the room, and a pool view window.
From the living room, you can walk straight to the pool.
Full kitchen with full-size frig, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, air fryer and blender.
Suite is overlooking the 360-degree swimming pool.
Just 5 miles from Disney World! And 3 miles from Disney Springs!
(with free transportation to ALL the Disney theme parks.)
Suite is right across from the bar/restaurant.
The pool is 360-degrees, and has a beach entrance. There is one putt-putt hole on the island in the middle of the pool along with a hot tub. The pool has both basketball nets and volleyball nets for all kinds of fun!
There are games all around the pool, including Ping Pong, Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, etc.....
Pool DJ in the evening!
Fun for the whole family; especially adults who are still kids at heart!
There is a dog park on property, so bring your furry friends!
There is also a charger for your electric cars.
NO RESORT FEE, No parking fee.

The condo was large and very good for pets. It was very clean and close to the Parks. We loved walking the dogs to the local coffee shops in the morning and we were all comfortable at the Melia. I would recommend this property and this owner.

We booked for a long-term stay for the summer for our son’s summer internship. The location and property were just right for our needs. It felt safe and family-friendly with lots of Disney tourists and kids’ sports teams at the pool. Restaurant was good and convenient with friendly service. Property owner was super responsive, we had a couple very minor maintenance issues at the beginning, and the communication between owner and property was good and problems were fixed with no fuss. I would highly recommend for long term stays.

Great trip and a very good VRBO. Location is great for Disney and Kissimmee area, okay for Universal. Traffic on I-4 just sucks all the time from any direction. Property was clean, good amenities and location to town center Celebration was terrific. Plenty of room in the unit and it was more than comfortable for 3 people and a dog. Biggest complaints, which are extremely minimal, a leaky kitchen faucet, some mosquitos in the unit, and coffee maker is pretty small. Like I said, really minimal things.

Nice unit. Good communication with owner. Great pool. Difficult for longer stay when we planned to make most of our own meals. No seasonings or condiment basics in the kitchen. Microwave but no regular-sized oven. Tiny toaster oven I could fit 6 chicken wings into at a time. No kitchen towels or cloths, just a cheap sponge. Spent a lot of time and money getting set up.
There are two sliding doors opening onto patios. No screens. None of the windows in the building are made to open, so hard to get fresh air inside.
We would have preferred quieter grounds. Loud music with a relentless bass line was amplified throughout the outdoor areas, including the pool. On the weekends it played from early morning until late at night, heard through the closed doors and walls.
If you like a party atmosphere, it might work for you.
