About this cottage rental
Fully fitted kitchen, which includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Also, colour TV with freeview and DVD player.
All bedding, towels, electricity and heating are provided free of charge.
A stair-gate, cot and highchair are available on request free of charge.
Sorry pets are not permitted in this cottage. We have three other dog friendly properties at the same location - if you have a dog, please take a look at these (ref. No. 6512099, 6516924, 6831323)
A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits is also included with all week long bookings,
In addition to each cottage having it’s own enclosed garden, there is also an enclosed, child friendly communal garden.
There is also an enclosed shared garden and a lockable bike shed.
There is direct access to a public footpath from the grounds making it ideal for walkers.

My five year old son and I stayed for three nights and loved the quiet countryside and clean air. There are walks and other places to see and things to do as mentioned in the hosts book.
We went to the Cardigan Coastal farm park (great if you have a child) and also to Gwmbert for the 'A bay to remember' boat ride to spot the seals.
Oveall, a great short trip.

We loved our break at Buzzards Watch - We were welcomed by some friendly chickens who ran over to greet us, and Neil who was a fantastic host with plenty of helpful pointers for where to eat/drink locally. It was just what we were looking for and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Wales.
