About this house rental
This charming and newly renovated vacation home is located right on the North Sea in Cappel-Neufeld, just 1.5 kilometers from the beach. The dike and the sea are right in front of the vacation home, offering a unique recreational area for adults, children, families, and dogs.
The special climate and unique location provide ideal conditions for unwinding and relaxing. Dorum-Neufeld—with the Watt’n Bad, dog beach, children’s playhouse, restaurants, and much more—is only about 2 kilometers away and easily accessible by car or bike.
The vacation home is modern and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to four people. On the first floor, in addition to the entryway and a spacious hallway with a fireplace, there is also an open living/dining area with ample seating and a cozy couch. A Blu-ray player is available for the TV, along with a small selection of TV shows and movies. There is also a fully equipped, spacious kitchen on the first floor. From here, you have a view of the dike.
The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, is located at the rear of the building.
On the upper floor is the lovingly decorated bedroom with a double bed, which also offers a view of the dike. The children’s sleeping area, featuring two single beds that can be separated by a curtain, is also located on the upper floor.
The gently sloping floor gives the house its name. A modern, bright bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels, as well as a small selection of children’s toys and dog supplies, are provided free of charge.
In the spacious outdoor area, guests can enjoy several terraces and play in the large garden. There is plenty of seating, and in addition to a fire pit for a small campfire, a grill is also available.
On-site, you can store your own bicycles in a dry area or use the two bicycles provided (one women’s and one men’s) free of charge.
There is ample space in the driveway in front of the building to park your vehicle in the parking space in front of the entrance.
It is also possible to charge electric vehicles here using an 11 kW wallbox. Billing is based on actual consumption.
The area around Cappel-Neufeld and Dorum-Neufeld has a lot to offer. The nearby beaches invite you to spend relaxing days by the sea, where you can swim, hike through the mudflats, go for a walk, or simply enjoy the fresh sea air. Feel free to explore the beautiful landscape around the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, on bike tours and visit the small fishing harbors in the area.
The cities of Bremerhaven, home to the Klimahaus and the Emigration Museum, and Cuxhaven, with its historic “Alte Liebe” pier, as well as the town of Nordholz with the Aeronauticum, are also nearby and offer numerous opportunities for exciting discoveries.
