About this house rental
White Sands 441 town home is a contemporary and spacious three-bedroom, three bath town home with a private elevator.
From top to bottom, this town home features all high end furnishings with top-of-the-line appliances, high-tech integrated lighting/sound system, and direct unobstructed gulf front views. Luxury wood and tile flooring run through the entire house with custom tiled showers in all bathrooms, high-end counter tops throughout, and exquisite details from the cabinets to the custom stair railings. The kitchen flows directly to the open concept living space with ample seating for your entire party. The entire house has touch pads which control all lights, blinds, and additional features. Also on each level is a 10" HD screen which also controls all lights in the house, 3-floors of separate HVAC, etc.
The main level bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a queen-sized murphy bed which can be set up in seconds. This bedroom offers a private balcony and flat screen TV with access to the full bathroom right outside the bedroom. The second level offers the laundry center and an additional bedroom and the large master suite. The sound front bedroom offers a King size bed, on-suite bathroom, and a private balcony which has direct views of Sabine Bay. Just a few steps down the hall is the master suite. This Gulf-front bedroom features a king-size bed with a private balcony to view the Gulf of Mexico. Family vacation. The property was very clean, well furnished, and located directly on the beach. Decor was high end. The electrical system was also high end and a bit complex. It took a day or so to learn. Some switches (dining table light, auto LR curtains, LR ceiling fan) did not work. The geo thermal air unit stopped cooling after reg.business hours. The emergency contact at PBH (Brenda) maintained good communication and had the repairman there in a timely manner. The air conditioner was back up and running within an hour of his arrival. My family appreciated Brenda working with us which meant we were able to sleep in a cool condo. The close proximity to the beach was very convenient with small children and lots of beach gear. Overall our stay was very pleasant and would consider this condo on a return trip to Pensacola.

White Sands #441 was a fantastic townhome! The location was very convenient and the accommodations were perfect! We were comfortable in the spacious living area and the beach access was ideal! My grandsons especially loved the “secret room”, a/k/a the macave!
