Bell Lloc 3 km from Sta Cristina d'Aro: Small house "Bell Lloc II". Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Parking at the house on the premises, public car park, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa de Sant feliu de guixols" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole), cycle lane 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
