Great property. Space was perfect for a family of 4. Separate bedroom was great w/ sofa-bed in the living room for the kids. Having two bathrooms was also handy. Relatively quiet and far enough away from the smoky/crazy casinos, but close enough to the monorail to access activities and entertainment when we needed to.

This was our 5th stay at the MGM signature towers, we have actually stayed in every tower in different apartments one being the UPS.
We’ve always been very satisfied with the cleanliness of each apartment and never had to raise a concern until this stay.
The carpets throughout the apartment really did need a very deep clean as did the sofa in the lounge. The carpets were really stained and dirty there was evidence of spillages of both liquids and and other substances. The sofa was the same. I wore bedroom slippers throughout our stay and covered the sofa with towels. I did bring this to the attention of the owner and the rental agent nothing was offered to rectify the situation. I must add on a more positive note the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets were clean as were the bed linen and towels.
