Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

Spending a few relaxing weeks with the family becomes a reality in this holiday apartment. Even if you’re not a born coastal child, you’ll all feel right at home here, as this holiday apartment has something for everyone.

The KÜSTENKIND is situated between the Schleimündung estuary and the Baltic Sea, and is therefore surrounded by water. And where there’s the Baltic Sea, there’s also a beach: Weidefelder Strand. Just a few minutes’ walk from your holiday home, the little ones can dig to their heart’s content, splash about in the water and let off steam. And when the children are happy, it’s a relaxing time for the parents. There’s plenty to keep you well fed too: there’s a kiosk, a well-stocked supermarket and a beach restaurant built on stilts with views over the Baltic Sea.

The KÜSTENKIND is a spacious ground-floor holiday apartment which you can access directly via two terraces. Summer life doesn’t get any more relaxing than this. Furnished in a Nordic maritime style, every room exudes cosiness. The open-plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen impresses with its floor-to-ceiling windows and views into the distance. Both the kitchen and the living room lead out onto the second terrace, where you can enjoy a meal and relax in style.

There are two bedrooms: one is fitted with a comfortable double bed and a television, whilst the other has two single beds. Both rooms offer views of the sea and the harbour.



Another oasis of well-being is the bathroom, which features an infrared sauna.



And as the apartment has underfloor heating and an elegant wood-burning stove, it’s a wonderful place to holiday even if the weather isn’t on your side.



There’s also a car parking space right next to the house and a lockable bike shed available for your use.



Our favourite spot: cycling along the sports and sailing harbour to the harbour promenade and having a little stroll there.



The barbecue is a gas barbecue. Gas cartridges are not included in the price.





Please note that, due to high demand, the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work taking place at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why no additional discounts are available.
