Large open floor plan concept with Master Suite & Bunk Room on opposite ends of the home for added privacy. The living room has a 60" tv, Master Bedroom a 50", King Guest Room has a 45" & the Bunk Room and Queen have 35" Tv's. “Owner also owns a condo which is one block away (2 minute walk) VRBO#2393262 from this property which will sleep an additional 6 people if you have a group and need extra space! You could have sleeping area for 17 people!

Kitchen has top of the line convection oven, stainless steel microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Deep sink with sprayer, custom granite counter tops with a large island that will seat 4 guests. Breakfast area off the kitchen with custom crafted barn wood table will seat an additional 6 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils. Coffee maker & Keurig , crock pot, blender, mixer, toaster all included. Also features an electric grill with utensils.

High end comfortable mattresses in all rooms even bunks! Luxury cotton stitch soft quilting in every room!

We provide for your use a new large tub whirlpool side by side washer/dryer in its very own private laundry room stocked with an ironing board, iron, shelves for storage & hanging.

Great location for the purpose of our stay. Parking was adequate and convenient having a garage. House was clean and plenty of space to relax. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment. Host communicated well and was very polite. Definitely saved this location for future stays.

Manager was great in dealing with miscommunication in the beginning. Dogs are very welcomed and even provided furniture covers so they can feel at home. That is RARE with renters. We had a fantastic time. So. Lose to beach amd ice cream shop. Quiet neighborhood. Nice fenced yard for pets. A

This property was fantastic! We had a great time. The material provided helped us find some fun things to do! We enjoyed the backyard, grill, and the openness of the home! Will definitely come back if our travels bring us back to PCB!
