Great that both beds were king size and cozy. Bunks were a bonus. Great appliances and fireplace. High quality linens, nice decorating. Proximity to beach and splendid views add to the experience.

The loction of this house is fantastic! I thought the house could have been cleaner inside. I found many items in the kitchen that had to be washed before I could use them.The bathrooms need some deep cleaning and updating. One bedroom has a closet-the other one does not-so it was hard to store any clothes-especially when the required stay is 30 days or longer.All in all-my family had a wonderful time but I would check out other houses that are right on the beach if I wanted a long stay again.

This property is all about location. It’s fabulous! The Avant staff were incredibly responsive and very accommodating. We stayed at the property for six weeks and very much enjoyed our stay!
(This unit is on the bottom of a larger privately owned unit that sits behind and over this one. Something to note is that if there are occupants in the upstairs unit it can be very noisy.)

We stayed here from January to mid-March. While the weather was predictably hit and miss, the property was wonderful. Normally, i'm suspicious of any reviews that don't have any negatives, but in this case, there wasn't anything to complain about. The place was super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a godsend. Maybe the only thing that could use a little love is the shower/batch situation - but even that was just fine. The washer and dryer came in really handy, and the kitchen is a "real" kitchen. We cooked a lot. The proximity to the beach and Haystack Rock were perfect. The property managers knew we were going to be there for 2+ months, and "overstocked" accordingly - They didn't have to do that. We'll likely be back. Thanks for everything!
