Biking and hiking trails lead past the house and invite you to cycle tours in the surrounding seaside resorts or through the Rostock Heath. Numerous excursion destinations offer variety in all weather. Dierhagen beach is a small family seaside resort with a beautiful 7-kilometer sandy beach. PLEASE SPECIFY THE CHILDREN'S AGE AT BOOKING. With approx. 126 m² of total living space, the holiday home was completed in 2017 and lovingly, high-quality and tastefully decorated on two floors. It is a detached and light flooded detached house with garden. Due to the fantastic location it takes only 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor beautiful tiles were laid in wood look. A vinyl floor in light wood look can be found in the upper floor. GROUND FLOOR: Living area with comfortable couch, flat screen TV, woodburning stove, dining table with 6 chairs, modern fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and dishes and cutlery. Shower and toilet. ROOF FLOOR: 2 bedrooms with double beds, HIGHLIGHT - integrated in the bathroom bio and Finnish sauna. EXTERIOR: Terrace (total approx. 66 m²) with garden furniture, parking space, use of garden Please do not forget to bring bed linen and towels. If required, towels are also available for a fee. When using the stove, a cleaning fee of 10 € will be charged. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental price. Internet / Wi-Fi is available and can be used. Maximum data volume 12 GB / month total is free of charge. After consumption of the data volume - throttling - an increase of the data volume is possible with costs. We charge a security deposit of 150 euros - refund in case of damage. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
