Few minutes from the island`s most famous restaurants and bars like Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Plum Island Beach Coma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage! Love the space and come back every summer for some island fun!

This listing was directly on the beach. Impeccably clean. Can sit on the deck or in the living room and watch the waves. Easy walk out onto the beach. Hiking and biking trails nearby. During our stay (May2025) was cold, windy and a bit rainy. We played lots of board games and watched the ocean. Relaxing. Didn't get to use the grills or patio area. If you want more excitement... Walkable to breakfast (Mad Martha's) and bar / restaurants. My only issue was that the upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a narrow spiral staircase, not easy. Our adult kids stayed up there and my wife and I only stayed on the main floor. That being said, the location is the winning feature on this listing.

My parking spot was taken and the fire alarm went off at night 3 times due to a faulty alarm
