Assigned parking, quiet neighbors, and a peaceful neighborhood are definite positives. The home has standard appliances and electronics, and the dedicated work desk is a nice touch. The pipes do groan at times, but the good news is that it’s only for short periods.What keeps this from being a four‑star stay is the ratio of guests to a single bathroom — understandable, but still limiting — and more importantly, the condition of the beds. The frames and mattresses are very old, with noticeable sagging, springs pressing through, and frames held together with masking tape. The couch would also benefit from a deep cleaning or a slipcover.

Our stay was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked and the apartment was cozy and warm with the cold weather outside!
