About this house rental
Welcome to RoJo's Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.
We are renting out the upper level of our house/duplex. We live in the lower unit. Each unit has private, separate entry. The patio overlooks the beautiful Huron River in Dexter. The house is located just half a block to the historic Dexter Cider Mill(seasonal). It is just a short walk (1/4 mile) to downtown Dexter for coffee, brew pubs, restaurants, and shops. The Encore Theater is wonderful venue for musical theater lovers to take in a show. The house is just 8.5 miles from the University of Michigan Stadium.
Explore the beautiful Huron River, bring your canoe, kayak, paddle board, or tube. Skips Livery is also available to provide you with a relaxing day on the river. Enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away.
While you're enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful home on the river in Dexter, just a few houses down from where Ron grew up—making this trip feel extra special and full of nostalgia. The house itself was stunning: peaceful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail in place to make our stay comfortable and memorable.What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the host. They went above and beyond to ensure everything we could possibly need was available—and then some. Their warmth and hospitality were deeply appreciated, and we can’t express enough gratitude for not only discovering this gem of a home but also for having such incredible hosts.We’ll be recommending this place to everyone we know, and we can’t wait to come back. We were so happy with our stay. Joanne has thought of every detail to make Rojo's Riverside Retreat an easy choice for a rental. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are supplied with all the necessities plus amenities you might have forgotten. Great mattresses and pillows! VERY clean! The patio, and river view were the cherry on top. Dexter is the cutest little town (a short walk from the house to lots of dining options!).

This property has absolutely everything you need! Joanne has thought of everything and it was truly appreciated! She set up tubes so we could soak in the river and even left us supplies to make mimosas. We can’t say enough good things about this property! Would 100% recommend staying here :)
