From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This room is fantastic for a family of 5 to stay in! We brought the kids grandfather as well and still had plenty of room. The incorporated twin beds fit my 12 year old and 9 year old well! There is a fold out couch in the living room and if you don’t want to use that there is enough room for a blow up mattress or two! The master bedroom has a fancy bed that massages and lifts the feet and head as well! The view is fantastic, even with the room being off the road a little bit! I recommend anyone staying here!!
I did not count off on the room for this but the Ariel Dunes location is a bit outdated and the elevators were acting up the entire week! As we were leaving the elevators had gotten so bad they were stopping on every floor and one of them had become inoperable.
All in all, the room itself is fantastic! I would recommend anyone staying here!!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the welcome was very nice. The view was amazing! We even saw dolphins the morning we were leaving from the balcony! A cooler bag was provided which helped saved us some money. Overall this was the best condo I’ve stayed at in Destin. Highly recommend this place!
One small thing we were unable to find was the pool and fitness center code. Other than that amazing :)

The property is very clean and very well put-out. Loved the kitchen and had very good spacing. Only thing is the spacing in the closet’s were very small and I didn’t have room for my clothes and ect.
