- There is a $90 one-time resort fee that includes 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is not included in the booking payment and is for your entire stay, not per person. A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- The individual booking must be 21+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: smoking/vaping, pets, parties/events, unregistered guests, excessive noise, throwing/hanging/dropping items from balconies, climbing/sitting on balcony railings, golf carts, Slingshots, scooters, ATVs, trailers, boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, and any activity in violation of Laketown Wharf HOA rules.
- The parking garage clearance is 7 feet.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.

Condo was cute and clean. They provided necessities. Great location with easy access to beach. Property management was engaged and readily replied back to questions. We will return.

We had a great stay at Lake Town Wharf Condos for my son's 17th birthday trip! The condo was very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 4 teenagers and 2 adults. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The highlight was definitely the view — absolutely beautiful beach views from the balcony! The location is also a huge plus — it's conveniently close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The only downside was the parking and elevator setup. To reach our unit on the 16th floor, we had to take an elevator from the parking garage, then go up a flight of stairs to access the main elevators. During peak times, we waited 10–20 minutes (sometimes even longer) just to catch an elevator due to the high number of guests.
Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning — just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times!

We were shutoff water for 8 hours and the security was the worst ever. Professionalism is out the window. However the room was great but the people running the place needs a jobreasscement.
