About this apartment rental
Located in Bonassola, the 60 m² "Serra Trilocale" apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The apartment offers a TV, heating, and a private terrace with a beautiful sea view. Parking is included. The property is in a strategic location near the sea, the Levanto-Framura cycle path, hiking trails, the train station for the Cinque Terre, and a grocery store. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Please note there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. Parties and smoking are not permitted. Guests are required to follow recycling rules and basic cleaning at check-out (wash dishes and dispose of trash). Check-in after 11 p.m. cannot be guaranteed. Only one set of keys is provided. A limited welcome kit (toilet paper and soap) is included; tablecloths, kitchen towels, condiments, and detergents are not provided. We recommend bringing what you need for your stay.

Pros: The property had a great view in a rustic tiny village.
Cons: Overall we enjoyed our stay but it's needs to be mentioned beforehand, that the rooftop terrace is not so private as is seems to be on the pictures .. actually half of the terrace is shared with the neighbour apartment next to it and its too close for each other and gives you very low pricey if both parties are outside ...
Furniture is a bit run down outside etc.

The holiday flat is beautifully situated just above the village, in a small group of houses, 10 minutes' walk from Bonassola railway station. Wonderful view of the village and the bay. Quiet location. Great starting point for hikes and you can also reach the beach very quickly on foot. However, the flat does not correspond to the impression given by the advert: it is generally poorly maintained and urgently needs renovation, the furniture and other infrastructure are in very poor condition. A working Bialetti (for making espresso) was missing and was not organised despite requests. The so-called ‘private’ terrace is shared with the flat next door, no privacy. Some of the crockery was dirty. No wifi in the flat. Definitely too expensive for what it offers.
