This place is simply amazing. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Fantastic pool. Walkable to downtown. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The path is safe since it runs along the canal. I would give this the highest rating possible.

Very nice condo. Quiet location, very clean, nice decor. Grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds and Pac-Man game machine. Can walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Short drive to great hiking places. Good bike riding trails.

It is in a great location close to a lot of amenities. The grounds were meticulously cared for and we felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood

Rugs were dirty, bathrooms need to be updated. Odd smell...wasn't overwhelming, but not a great impression each time you walk in. Kitchen is a bit outdated as well. A few updates and you could charge more. Great location, and easy to get into everything.
