About this apartment rental
Excellent 57 m² apartment in the centre of Ericeira with balcony, a beautiful sea view, 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. It has a living room with TV and double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It also has a balcony with furniture, wifi, hair dryer, iron and is located in a condominium with lift, garden and swimming pool. It is located about 300m from S. Sebastião Beach, near supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Ideal for those who want a holiday without having to use the car.
Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.

The apartment is exactly as described and the location is perfect. In January, unfortunately, there is almost no sun on the balcony, but the view is very beautiful. The entire team was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the customer service far exceeded our expectations. From a warm welcome to every small request, solutions were always found quickly for any problems. The staff made the greatest effort to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable.
