About this apartment rental
Our apartment is more than 120 meters square and it can be your dream holiday home if you plan to visit our beautiful island, Malta. This apartment is finished to very high standards and is full of modern ideas that will cater to all your needs during your stay. It consists of three bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms both with a.c and one with en-suit ) and a single bedroom. A modern designer main bathroom compliments the apartment.
In the apartment one can find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utilities such as electric oven/hops , microwave , toaster, coffee machine and other regular utilities are available. The kitchen is endowed with a large window facing outside the main road so that one can enjoy the Maltese-life style and culture while cooking or chilling in front of the TV .
Washing machine , television with varies channels and free WI/FI are also available .
The apartment is 15 meters away from the bus stop and a five minutes walk from the beach. There is also a mini market and a pharmacy close to the apartment.
The use of electricity , ( air-conditions included ) are also included in the rental rates for a maximum of 3 Euro( 15 units ) per night. This usually will be enough to cover the cost of the electric consumption during your stay and only in rare circumstances one had to top up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins , utilizing an automated electricity meter. Extra units will be charged at 20 cent euro per unit (1000kwh).
Reluctantly pets are not allowed and all rooms are non-smoking.

Joseph was an excellent, hospitable host and his apartment is very nice. Street parking was a bit challenging and we weren't used to the regulated energy use but Joseph explained everything and even left a welcome basket! He had wonderful suggestions of things to see and do and a great glossary of local cuisine.
