With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This was a great place to stay for our group of 11 friends. We rented both units in the house (A and B). Everyone had their own room and bath or shared bath, and it was close to downtown restaurants and shops. If you're expecting to do dinners here though, it's not really equipped for that; the kitchen space is too small. One downside: we wanted to use the patio for a take-out dinner one night, and we spent about an hour cleaning it before it could be considered ready for use. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival and perhaps not in many months. So future guests should be sure to request that the area be cleaned if you plan to use it. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying there.

Stayed for a big girls’ trip weekend and the house was perfect for it. Great location! Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Host was very accommodating and had quick responses to our messages. Definitely recommend staying here
