Create memories with family and friends. This newly renovated 4 bedroom and 3 full baths is warm and cozy. This condo features huge open concept space with a gourmet kitchen, huge island with high end appliance. Featuring 2 separate seating areas. The slopes are just a short 200 yard walk to Soaring Eagle lift or shuttle access to entire Snowshoe runs constantly. The building has 4 huge hot tubs for your enjoyment. Condo has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bunk room with 4 beds
This spacious single level condo offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together or relax in private. The open concept kitchen and family room areas allow for both by providing an intimate seating area as well as a larger TV area with two huge leather couches and ottoman to watch a movie or the big game on the big TV screen with sound bar. The full size customer kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy cooking and is the perfect hang out area with a huge island where 6 can sit comfortably. There are 6 smart TVs in total with 2 in the kitchen/family room area and one in each bedroom. The Master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam pillow top and en suite. There is also a six drawer dresser and large 2 door closet. The second bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress and 2 closets to store items. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser to store items. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds(sleeps 4) and two futon chairs that fold out to beds or are perfect to watch movies or play video games. The building has 4 indoor hot tubs for your enjoyment. There is an outside area to grill and a fire pit area if the weather permits.

The place was great! Condo was clean, great set up, great location, and Tom was a great host! Tom was extremely responsive and provided very helpful recommendations for our stay. We were able to walk right down to the slopes, first floor location was really nice to have when lugging skis and snow gear. Loved having the easy access to hot tubs and game room for a little extra entertainment.

The unit was perfect for our family ski trip and the location was unmatched. The unit seemed larger than the pictures which was a nice surprise. I’ve never been to a rental property that was so stocked with the essentials. It was an easy walk to the slopes, to get rentals, and a bite to eat and drink at a few restaurants. The shuttle also came directly to the condo every 15 minutes, making it easy to get anywhere around town including Silver Creek and the Village. The owner was very accommodating and communication was quick and easy. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into making this one of the best places to stay at Snowshoe and we would definitely be back.

Our stay was great. I don’t think we have ever stayed at a place that had all the extra amenities! We appreciated the goody basket and all of the kitchen essentials! Communication with the owner was excellent and easy!We will be back! Thank you!
