Four-room apartment with a mezzanine, accommodating 8 to 9 people, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), with a surface area of 75 m².

- a living room with a new (June [hidden] cm sofa bed, television, and a south-facing balcony;
- a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and a new (June 2026) refrigerator with a freezer compartment;
- a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet;
On the mezzanine:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed (new mattress topper - June 2026)
- a bedroom with two single beds (new mattresses - June 2026)
- a sleeping alcove with a single bed (new mattress and bed base - June 2026)
- another alcove with a new 140cm double sofa bed (June 2026)
- a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.
Good to know: the accommodation may not include cleaning products or condiments, so please bring your own. Linens are not included in the rental; if you opt for the "linens" service, the beds will not be made upon your arrival.
Cleaning is not included; please book it in advance.

Lovely property with all you need for a slightly rough and ready alpine holiday. We were a group of 7 so really filled the property up but there was enough space for us all. Property is reasonably priced and located 5 to 10 minutes from both the centre of town and the nearest lift. Property has everything and more than you would expect for the price point. And property managers were very helpful.Thanks very much
