The garage is not available for guests.
Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.
Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
Please refrain from using the Fireplace as it's currently out of order.
The owner has cats and when they stay on site they often bring them along. While are homes our professionally cleaned, it is likely that some dander is within the air. For those reasons if you are allergic to animal hair, this home may not be suitable for your needs.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful, perfect for our large family . The view of the lake was beautiful and having the dock, the deck, fire pit and sunroom was well used and enjoyed by our family. Also the game room was great, so many pool table games being played late into the night. The TV and music in the game room was well used.But there were a number of things that need to be fixed in the house to make a vacation much more enjoyable. Kitchen supplies very sparse, broken items, water filter, screens, door knobs, blinds etc. also texts to Vrbo were not responded to in timely .
