Tropical Itch, is a lovely home! Exceptional & well stocked kitchen. Spacious & beautifully decorated rooms. TV's with excellent service + great WIFI. Pet friendly. We felt comfortable walking our dog on the sidewalks of this safe & friendly neighborhood. Awesome pool and work-out facility. Perfect location! Just a short walk to the white sands of Blue Mountain's Private Beach off 30A. Close to our favorite restaurants & shopping. We will definitely rent this home, whenever we visit Santa Rosa Beach. Alan, Thank you for being a gracious host.

Very clean property as described in a great neighborhood close to everything. House is well stocked and nicely furnished. Alan was great to work with, was prompt and accommodating.
