• Parking: Private single car garage + driveway + 1 visitor pass
• Occupancy: Standard is 8 guests, maximum is 10
• Extra guest fee: $50/night per adult
• Baby gear rentals: Pack & Play, highchair, baby gates, etc. available to rent for nightly fee. Subject to availability.
• Note: The property features central air conditioning throughout.

• 50% deposit due 60 days prior to arrival, remainder due 30 days prior

Super nice modern townhouse. Very spacious, kitchen was large and had everything needed. Location was amazing. Definately recommend for larger groups. We had 9 people and we had an amazing stay!
