Romantic apartment of 36 sqm with 1 bedroom, in a theatrical spirit close to the Opera Garnier, 4 steps from the Louvre or Palais Royal. Quiet and bright. Terrace. On the 4th floor with lift up to the 2nd floor.

Open kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking and eating.

A great apartment with a very comfortable king size bed and terrace. The apartment is well equipped, maintained, and conveniently located. Tons of shop, food, and transit stations nearby.

The biggest disappointment was having to carry two heavy suitcases down four flights of stairs! The on line advertising mentions using a lift up to the second floor then to walk up two flights of stairs however on departure the lift was not working A request for assistance prior to departure to carry our bags down to ground floor level was met with an agreement to do this but that it would cost E50! It was mentioned to us on arrival that the lift is unreliable hence our belief that assisting with departure was appropriate We will not be staying at Leocadia again!
