Welcome to our sublime 22 m2 studio located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Completely new studio: Our studio has been recently renovated to offer a luxury and modern space.
Central location: You will be ideally located to explore Paris. The Louvre, many restaurants and tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Kitchen equipment: The studio is equipped with an American kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven for preparing light meals or storing drinks and snacks.
Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.
Smart Tv, Wifi
A laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines, irons, and ironing boards is available free of charge in the building

The property was overall very nice! A few things were different in the listing but they may be cultural differences. The listing says the unit is on the second floor, which is accurate for their floor map, but for Americans, it is considered the third floor. You will need to carry all of your luggage up to small winding staircases to get to that level. The unit did not have washcloths or bars of soap, which may be a cultural difference. The unit also advertises a Nespresso Machine which it had with coffee pods, but there were no coffee cups provided. Wi-Fi was available in the unit, but it was so slow. It was not able to be used. We loved the location and had a great time!

Extra clean, small modern studio. Great location.The only downside is that after all the steps in the staircase it could be equivalent to a 3rd or 4th floor. Not a second floor as described.

Very clean and efficient apartment. So convenient for walking around Paris. The stairs are narrow and uneven. It was fine for us but just a warning in case stairs are a challenge for anyone in your group since there is no elevator.
