The Charming Gem is the perfect stay because it makes you feel like you are at home, with the atmosphere being very comfortable since you have everything that you need for the perfect stay and close to everything only 45 mins away from Boston and 30mis from Newport Rl. This was very nice, super clean and host was accomadating and answered our concerns quickly. We are elderly so the stairs were a bit much to the 3rd floor, but now we are in much better shape

Super cute, very clean, cozy little place! Just right for our anniversary weekend. Easy access to Uber. We spent a day in Newport which is just a short drive away & Fall River as well. Definitely would stay here again!!

There were quite a few spiders that frequented the bed room. The property owner, when asked about the possibility of a late checkout, asked that I be out an hour earlier than the paperwork stated instead. I didnt comply and he didn't mention it. So, I guess no real harm in the end but it didn't certainly improve my mood.
