The place is very clean & well prepared. There was plenty of space to fit our family of 7 comfortably. Great location in a quiet area. The host was very responsive. We had a really enjoyable stay & highly recommend!

The place was clean and the showers have the best water pressure. The house is next to the park and close to the shopping and university. Justin responded quickly to us.

Newly listed to VRBO and it needs some touches to be a great property. Great location. Recent upgrades are nice The linens are old and worn. Pillows are old and lumpy. Sheets are old. No extra blankets and pillows. Put in low beds with memory foam mattresses which are extremely hard and uncomfortable Bath Towels are old and small. Had to ask for wash rags, kitchen towels and dish rags. Someone did bring those over. Keurig Coffee pot was broken.No handrails at any of the stepsBack yard is dirt and weedsOnly one night stand in all 3 bedrooms No where to set a phone, clock, CPAP etc Broken floor fans. Should have some ceiling fans.No cable TV included all pay channelsFragrance plug ins were very strong and not necessary We unplugged themI'm sure with some time this could and will be a nice rental. Right now, not so much!
