About this house rental
Bright & welcoming waterfront home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & has the river in your backyard! Bring your boat! It's an easy walk or bike ride to Cocoa Beach. This home provides an open floor plan with a kitchen that comes with all the essentials. The inviting kitchen & dining area seats 10 people and opens right into the comfortable living room for relaxing & waterviews. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and work/desk area with sliders that open up to the pool & river. The primary bathroom is spacious with a beautiful hotel like feel. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The pool area has a heated pool & hot tub & we include pool towels, outdoor kitchen with seating overlooking the canal, a fire pit area & plenty of space to lay out or sit & watch the sunset. Spot manatees & dolphins or catch fish off the docks. At night you can also see the bioluminescence sparkle in the water. We provide paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy on the river. The garage has a ping pong table, corn hole, darts, bikes and lots of beach toys for you to use. Located just minutes from the Beach, Ron Jon surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, downtown Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral & local restaurants. We are also less than 30 minutes away from the Kennedy Space Center, USSSA Space Coast baseball / softball Complex and the Brevard Zoo. If you are up for a day at the theme parks we are about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure & all the great attractions in the Orlando area.

After a few days at Disney we wanted to spend the New year on the beach visiting Kennedy Space Center. This house was the perfect fit for your family. We absolutely loved the location with the backyard river, docks, and pool area. The house is very well decorated felt like home, and beds were very comfortable. We were surprised that two of the bathrooms didn't have any soap in the showers. In the kitchen there was a very limited number of dishes, what was there had chips or cracks in them. We were very surprised by the state of the dishwasher, it was very dirty on the inside. Overall we loved this little house and were excited to see a manatee and her baby one afternoon, and the pelican gave us a lot of entertainment everyday.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here at cocoa isles. The location and neighborhood was great. There was something for everyone to enjoy at all ages. We enjoyed the pool and the use of the river with fishing and kayaking. We had fun watching the manatees put on a show for us. We drove a short distance to the beach which was also walkable. We had to contact the owner twice and Michael was wonderful and very prompt. The only thing that we would advise is looking into a new refrigerator due to freezer issues. An ice maker would be nice as well. We definitely would come back and stay again. Thank you Katie and Michael for a wonderful week!!! We highly recommend this rental.
