About this apartment rental
Le Grenier is a a one bedroomed apartment with its own private garden. 50 metres from the river Sarre and surrounded by woodlands. Wonderful walks starting from your door into woodland and alongside the river. A 10 minute stroll to the village of Melrand with its boulangerie, butchers, grocers shop, several bars, creperie and an excellent family run restaurant. A beautiful Hamlet with nice friendly people.

We had a very enjoyable stay near Melrand. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Martin was there to welcome us and gave some useful tips on places to visit. We particularly liked the music & dance ( & cider!) at the local pardon. There are some good walks nearby.

The gite has everything you need for a nice break away from busy life. Basic but picturesque.
The small river, which is a stone’s throw distance from the gite is great to cool down when it’s too hot. The location is ideal for hiking as there are many routes which start near the gite.
Martyn and Jenny are the most friendly, helpful and hospitable hosts we have yet encountered while respecting their guest’s privacy.
We had a lovely stay.

Good location for nature lovers and central for exploring Brittany. Comfortable but shower a tight squeeze for the larger person. Otherwise good .
