There is so much to do within walking distance, including visiting Laugharne Castle and Dylan Thomas’ writing shed, or having lunch in the local pub/café. The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts nearby, or you can drive further West to take in Tenby beach and harbour.
Enter the property into the hallway and to your right you will find the comfortable living room with plenty of seating, Sky TV and a log burner, perfect to snuggle up and watch a film in front of the roaring fire.
Down the hallway you will find a large well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up a meal and gather around the table to eat while you reminisce about your adventures. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room leading to the garden.
Upstairs, at the rear of the property, there is a comfortable King-Size bedroom with an ensuite shower room, dressing table and plenty of storage. Down the hall you will find a Super-king size bed which can be made up as a twin upon request, as well as a further single bedroom.
The family bathroom has everything you may require, including a separate shower and a bath, great for having a relaxing soak after a busy day exploring.
Externally to the rear of the property, head up the external steps and you will find a gravelled area with pretty flowers and a picnic bench, as well as a grassy lawn area for the children to play.
Just a 15 minute drive away you will reach the lovely market town of Carmarthen, with so many amenities. Carmarthen offers a large selection of restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice for eating out. Or venture 10 minutes in the other direction you will reach the 7 miles of beach at the famous Pendine Sands.
There are an abundance of attractions in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, ranging from stunning beaches, castles, Botanical gardens and Country parks.
For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park to name a few.
