Casa Mario an elegant vacation small penthouse in Sorrento downtown, located in one of the city's most peaceful and strategically positioned areas.
Just a short walk from Corso Italia, the vibrant heart of Sorrento’s shopping and social life, this refined holiday home offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and Mediterranean charm.
It has been just renovated with care and attention to detail, Casa Mario is furnished with modern, designer furniture, thoughtfully selected to provide guests with a stylish and comfortable stay.
The apartment is all on one level and features two spacious, bright bedrooms, ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends.
At the heart of the apartment is a welcoming open-plan kitchen and living area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, or for preparing a dinner with fresh local ingredients.
The bathroom is modern and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
However, the true highlight of the penthouse is the private terrace with breathtaking sea views, ideal for enjoying a sunny breakfast or a sunset aperitif with the stunning backdrop of the Sorrento Coast.
Casa Mario's location offers peace and privacy while being just steps away from local shops, supermarkets, traditional restaurants, and main transport links—making it easy to explore nearby destinations such as Capri, Ischia, Pompeii, Naples, Positano, and Amalfi.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Check-in time is from 14:30 to 20:00, different arrival time must be agreed in advance.
In case of arrival after 20:00 a 50 euro fee applies, which must be paid cash upon arrival.
Checkout is within 10:00.
Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):
A cash refundable deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards, for max. 7 nights).
Final cleaning: 140 euro per stay.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our emergency contact which will be provided at the check-in.
We can offer assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.

They were wonderful hosts and the apartment was lovely. It met all our needs for our group of three. Two bedrooms for my husband and I and a separate bedroom for our adult daughter. The location is also fantastic, very close to the center but also has a great view of the bay. You can even clearly see Mount Vesuvius for the terrace/patio. It was a lovely vacation. Be aware though that in January much is closed but we still had plenty to do and see over our four days there and we loved that there were fewer people. Make sure you go see Pompeii, climb Mount Beau ious and take a cooking class with Rita and Louisa - their villa, hospitality and kitchen are amazing.

This rental is absolute perfection! From the terrace views to the AMAZINGLY HELPFUL host- this place could not disappoint. Only a quick walk to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the beautiful coast. Five stars out of five- we can’t wait to go back!
