NEW Luxury Lodge/2 Heated pools/Mountain Views/Fire pit/Hot tub

This is a beautiful house that has everything you are looking for. The views are amazing and the best part of this location. There was a Momma Bear and her three little cubs walking by everyday. We have stayed in several other homes in Gatlinburg and this is the one I would come back to.

The house was perfect for our girls trip of 12 people! We all fit comfortably and the views were amazing! We even saw Franklin the black bear a few times! The only thing I would say is the rooms and bathrooms need more hooks for towels and bathing suits!

Our stay at this incredible mountain home was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away. The home was spotless, the views were breathtaking, and there were so many beautiful outdoor spaces to relax, entertain, and just take it all in. We especially loved the double sided fireplace and how cozy yet spacious everything felt. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had leading up to our stay, which made everything so easy and stress free from the start.Between the game room, pool, hot tub, theater room, and all the little details throughout the house, it truly had everything you could want for a mountain getaway. We stayed here with 5 couples for a family wedding weekend and already said we want to come back again with all of our kids. One of the coolest parts of the trip was seeing multiple black bears, including a mama bear and her cubs right near the lower part of the driveway. Such an unforgettable experience and so many amazing memories made here. If you’re thinking about booking this home, do it. It truly has it all!

This is a nice new build. There was some construction in the area but the location is nicely kept. The views and amenities on the property were all great. We enjoyed our stay!
