Enjoy the desert in your own private, quaint, and comfortable home! Gaze out of your master bedroom sliding glass door at the pool and palm trees. The backyard is a tranquil oasis w/seating and a private yard w/ pool (no hot tub). Note: the pool is not heated.
The home is very close to Old Town La Quinta, hiking, and parks with pickle ball and tennis.
Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer (note: fridge/freezer do not make water or ice but we have ice trays provided and Brita water filter!) The kitchen table seats two and we have a large outdoor couch as well to enjoy dinner by the pool under the desert stars.
The home has AC as well as a mini split in the living room and the master bedroom to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.
The living room and one guest bedroom have a TV with Roku, and the master bedroom TV is a smart TV! There is Spectrum cable TV in the living room and there is also room for you to bring an air mattress if you so choose.
The home offers a washer and dryer (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay). Liability Waiver:
OWNERS WILL NOT HELD LIABLE TO RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR THEFT TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ON OR ABOUT THE PREMISES. It was great - hot weather so pool was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked (bag of ice in freezer). Bedrooms and baths clean and very comfortable.
