Appartement agréable bien équipé, les pieds dans l'eau , idéal pour oublier la voiture quelques jours .
Petit bémol en cas de forte chaleur , la loggia faisant effet serre, un ventilateur serait appréciable , et suffisant, pour retrouver de la fraîcheur.
Lieux de vie estivale au pied de l'immeuble donc si vous aimez dormir la fenêtre ouverte un peu de bruit tout au long de la nuit mais fenêtres fermées c'est calme .
Bref l'emplacement et la qualité du bien minimise largement les deux petits bémols évoqués, je recommande cet appartement
