KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.
BEDROOMS: (5)
The Aventura Lux sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 5, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair provided.
- Premium air mattress available for 2 additional guests upon request for a $25 delivery charge.
BATHROOMS: (3)
- All bathrooms are provided with TP and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.
GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.
CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher starter pods are provided
-NO washer and dryer. Out of order until further notice
LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: All seven (7) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.
POOL: Pool service day is Mondays. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection on Garbage Removal days, Monday and Thursday mornings. Please bring the bins back to the side of the house when the trash has been picked up.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: A maximum of two (2) cars are allowed as per the City of North Miami Beach.. Parking is in the circular driveway. Any additional cars will need to find public parking nearby.
PETS: Pets under 30 lbs. are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

The layout and location were perfect for all of us and the owner was very responsive. It's proximity to stores and main roads and highways was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet as well. I want to note the hallway bathtub was very slippery while showering and it would be helpful to have a tub mat or floor tub stickers to prevent falls, the hot and cold in 2 of the bathrooms were working backwards and I knew what to do because I read a previous review and lastly there should be some type of markings to advise of the step downs in the laundry room, & bar areas especially. This was definitely a trip hazard for us all. I only knew of the two step downs to both family rooms from previous reviews, but this should be noted on all outlets that advertise this home or simply post a "watch your step" so other guests can be made aware before entering these areas. These are the only reasons this home didn't receive 5 stars and it's because they are hazards that can be an easy fix to prevent any issues for the guest and owner.

The house was an excellent setup for my large family. The rooms were well equipped and the common spaces were great for lounging around.

Our stay at this property was overall a good one. The location was great, being that it was in a gated community, quiet, close to many places of interest and just off I95. We liked that the home's layout had ample areas for gathering whilst maintaining a closed door separation, providing added privacy, leading to the bedrooms.The property manager was responsive and sent someone to fix/adjust the sliding of the pocket door, check the ac that was not cooling on one side of the house and provided extra towels. The property can use some minor updates and as advertised, there is a dryer and no washer. There is a sign to not use the washing machine that's there. Also, there is actually only 3.5 bathrooms as the one off the kitchen has no shower.

We were able to check in early, which was great. Upon arriving to the property the pool guys were in the back filling the pool with water. We wanted to get in the pool but it was dirty. The cabinet where the pots were was dirty and smells like old grease. The house is a nice size and in a great location. The linens were raggedy and dirty. There was no soap or anything so we had to go to target to get a few things.
