About this house rental
Filled with gorgeous natural light, this home is not only beautiful, but comfortable. Relax in one of 2 private outdoor spaces, or whip up a meal in the well appointed kitchen. All toiletries provided are organic and free of harmful ingredients. Located in the popular East Nashville neighborhood this brand new home is less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown - close to the action, but a quiet place to recharge.
Why cram into a tiny hotel room when you and your guests can spread out in the living room, out on the private balcony or around the large outdoor table on your private patio?
Full size, stainless steel appliances making cooking a breeze and plenty of storage space in the kitchen so you can tuck away your snacks. Both bedrooms feature large closets and ensuite bathrooms, making it easy to get ready for the night out.
We want checkout to be a breeze so all we ask is that if you have time, and are able to, you take your trash to the conveniently located community dumpster and start the dishwasher - that's it! No long list of chores or unreasonable expectations, like some properties require.

Great location and felt very safe. Loved having the laundry right by the bedrooms. The living room furniture was not very comfortable so it was hard to relax in the evening. Place was very clean.
