The house was perfect for our group of 10. The kids loved sharing the bunk room. The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed time in the lake and around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed playing on the small beach. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at this house near Long Island. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedrooms were a good size. Loved the beach area....also shade for those that don't like to sit in the sun.

We truly enjoyed the charm and unbelievable beach, dock, waterfront opportunities. Our one main concern is that during a hot week the back bedroom where the bunk beds are located were registering at 87 degrees making it much too hot for the kids to sleep and we had to move them downstairs to couches. AC units in the back bedrooms would make all the difference. The kitchen area could use a ceiling fan also.
