About this house rental
AVAILABLE JUNE WEEKS AT A REDUCED RATE! This lovely, warm and inviting home rests on a huge lot with rolling lawns and incredible views! Relax on the screen porch or deck and take in the nature around you while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy your evening barbecue (you're almost sure to see some deer frolicking in the trees). The home offers plenty of space with a game room featuring a pool table, a queen murphy bed and its own private 3/4 bath as well as room with a queen bed and 2 roll-away beds in addition to the upstairs 3 bedrooms. Central A/C, Wireless internet, cable TV included. Just a 2 minute drive brings you to the Town Beach at Long Island (a parking pass is included) where you can stretch out with your blanket and catch up on your reading or make a splash and cool off. You also get use of the private Leeward Shores beach just down the road (the docks and moorings are strictly off limits). Active-duty military discount of $250.00.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

There are so many pluses about this home. We love everything about it including the deer, turkey and birds that would visit the yard. The grandchildren loved the assortment of board games, the pool table and the view of the mountains and some of the lake.

We have stayed at this vacation property for a few years now and love it. It is a very comfortable home and we love the location. Close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee without having to actually be on the lake.
