Less than five minutes to the complimentary Summit Stage, which takes you to your chosen destination. Lake Dillon (3 miles) and the Blue River (2 miles), which promise exceptional fishing escapades.
Located near six world-class resorts: Keystone (10 minutes), Copper Mountain (13 minutes), Loveland (13 minutes), A-Basin (15 minutes), Breckenridge (17 minutes), and Vail (32 minutes) of course depending on driving conditions.

Two inviting bedrooms upstairs with King beds, private bathrooms and the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer. The lower level reveals a versatile bedroom/den, large TV for your (or your kids) entertainment. This area also features a bunk beds a lower deck, full bathroom and some games/entertainment systems.
Add in High-speed Wi-Fi a mudroom for all your gear and two parking spots (1 garage +1) and you are ready for a great vacation! Need a charge? 220 charging available in garage (fits Ford, standard (not Tesla) standard 4 prong available if you have the Tesla charger.
This home comes fully stocked with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a drip coffee maker, stove, fridge, toaster, games, tvs ensuring every convenience is at your fingertips. Plenty of extra towels, pillows etc.
Some Rules:
• Maximum occupancy: Six (6) Adults and two (2) vehicles. Parking is available in the garage and driveway—no RVs, campers, or trailers allowed.
• A maximum of one (1) dog (up to 45lbs.) is allowed. No other pets are permitted (Absolutely no cats).
• Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
• "Quiet Hours" must be respected from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors and in the hot tub.
• Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property.
• You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.

The property had a good location. It was a good size. Rug in living room needs cleaning. The bathroom with the beautiful ceramic shower had beard hair around and in the sink. We couldn't get the front door to unlock no big deal we used the garage.

We loved our visit to Silverthorne, and this townhome is in an incredible location. Hiking and biking trails in the neighborhood and a short drive to Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breck, and Keystone. This home had everything we needed for our two-week stay. My husband enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of being on the bike. The owner was very responsive when needed.
