House new ground floor, independent, quiet, surrounded by greenery, exeptional site between the archipelago of Bréhat and the pink granite coast, for four people, seen from the terrace and a room on the island of Bréhat, rent from Saturday to Saturday, bright and spacious living room with kitchenette and sitting area equipped with a wood stove and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 2pers) with French windows, one with TV and sea view, room bath with shower (wide and flat) and toilet. Baby equipment available (bed linen).

House had everything we needed. Beautiful garden which we enjoyed sitting out in as the weather was beautiful. Only downside was the garden wasn’t secure with our dog there but not a problem has had him on long leads. Coastal Path on doorstep beautiful scenery and stunning coast line. We will certainly be returning

If you are looking peace, quiet and privacy then this lovely property will suit you. A very clean, well equipped and comfortable house situated just off a private road. The owner Mrs Rouzes and her husband were very welcoming and on arrival the provisions in the house were welcome and generous, far better than most. The downside of my stay was the weather but it didn't impact on my stay as the house is warm and cosy.

We can easily recommend this beautiful little house. It is spacious, well equipped and well maintained. There was everything that we needed for cooking. The bed was really comfortable. The location is quiet located on a private lane just off a country road. A good sized grocery store is located a few kilometers west in Pleubian and larger stores about 10 minutes away in Paimpol. Lezardriuex about 5 minutes south has a great pizza place and at least one good café on the main square. There is a maze of trails and quiet roads between the ocean (15 minute walk) and the house for walking or running. The owner speaks only a little English (but just enough) and was very kind and patient with my poor French.

Overall good but no space to prepare food if eating in. Shower head not properly fixed to the wall. Confusion about what linen and towels are included (or not) but was sorted by Mm Rouzes. Website says they are included but there is a charge levied sometimes ?! Website says bikes and canoes available - they arent. Location is very good, lots of beaches within 2-3 miles and coastal walks are exceptional. Mm Rouzes is lovely althogh not an english speaker, we had to rely on school french and a dictionary. Overall a very nice place and we would go again.
