Once arrived at the home, head on in through the front door with easy access. No steps to the front door! Once inside your eye will naturally be drawn to the view. With one bedroom located on the main level it offers a large bedroom with a king size bed a large bathroom right next door. Head on over to the kitchen, living, and dining areas to prep for those memorable meals around the table. Open the large sliding glass doors to enjoy the breathtaking view from the deck. The pool room is located just off of the kitchen, that way you're never too far from the action.
Once you head up the stairs you will have plenty of space to spread out and enjoy brand new luxury. Upstairs you will have four bedrooms, all with king size beds. Upstairs is also set up with 3 large bathrooms, a laundry room with space to sort and fold, and an exercise room with a breathtaking view!
Head on down to the basement for games, outdoor seating, and a movie! The basement is set up perfectly for late night entertaining, and sleeping in after exciting adventures. The first bedroom has a king size bed. Head down the hall to a large bedroom with full over full bunk beds. Last is a full bathroom with a stand up tile shower. Step out on to the deck for a swing in the egg chairs, or a nap on the out door sofa.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood the home is located in has many other cabins for rent. It has an out in the country feeling, but the guests will see other rentals on the way up to the home. The neighborhood is great for evening strolls, the guests just have to walk back up the steep driveway to the house. House is easily found with GPS and is located in a cul-de- sac at the end of Blackthorn Trail.
Getting Around:
There's a steep driveway with a sharp turn at the top of the cabin. The neighborhood is easy to find using GPS, but we do recommend 4WD during colder months, as the drive can get a bit slick heading up.

The house was large enough for our entire group and in the perfect location. Not only was it close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions, but also had the most magnificent view of any home we have stayed at in the area.

We had a large family reunion and over all enjoyed the property but there were a few issues. The AC on the main floor was not working upon our arrival and was registering 75 degrees. The property manager sent out a technician to fix the AC and thankfully it was resolved as the weekend was warm. They informed me the last day of our stay that if the AC was set below 70 degrees and the unit had issues, we would be charged. This felt unfair as the issue already existed before we arrived and this seemed like pointing fingers at us, and also having the AC requirement of 70 degrees is still a bit warm for the summer. The bed on the main floor was unusable because the main support was snapped/broken so we were down a bedroom for a group of 20 people. There were other quirks like most bathrooms not having trash cans and the drains not working properly on tubs. Also be aware that if there’s rain, the mountainside behind the house is not properly draining so there were loose rocks falling off that could potentially damage a car. The main plus of this house is ample space and beautiful views, but I doubt with these issues that we will be back.
