Very nice and well-maintained wooden holiday home on a secluded natural plot only 100 m from the beautiful Balka beach and a cozy summer cafe.
Welcome to this beautiful vacation home, whose tasteful interior, cozy pitched roof, exposed wooden beams and wooden floors and walls create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The beautiful, bright living room with lovely open kitchen is the natural center of the house. Here you can prepare delicacies while chatting with those relaxing in front of the TV in the upholstered furniture. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and microwave.
Highlights of the house include the beautiful, sunny terraces and the cozy, idyllic garden with swing and slide that children will love. There are plenty of cozy corners, so you'll always have a place to sit in the sun or shade and read a good book or drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine. You also have a gas grill at your disposal so you can barbecue and eat al fresco one or more evenings.
Since the beach is only 100 meters away, you are guaranteed to spend much of your vacation here. Balka beach is known as one of the most beautiful and child-friendly on the island. You will also stay close to the charming Snogebæk, which offers good restaurants, nice little stores, etc. You can also drive along the coast south to Dueodde with its lighthouse and popular beach or north to Nexø with its beautiful church.
