Excellent location and beautiful beach. It was clean but there were several minor issues that made the stay not up to what we had experienced there before.

Cons: House is currently for sale. The pool area needs some TLC. Virginia creeper (like poison ivy) growing through the fence line and dead planters. Listing states kids dishes/utensils…there was one toddler cup and one knife/fork. Cookware could be updated. Bikes are pictured, but not on site, they must be rented. The house sits next to the public access. If you aren’t out on the beach by 7am, you will not get a spot in front of the house. The decking material is a dark grey and absorbs the heat, wear shoes or you will burn your feet. Pros: the covered back porch is a very nice spot to sit and take in the ocean view. The rocking chairs on the “step down” deck are great for early morning and late evening. Ample beach chairs annd beach anccessories (toys annd games) are available. Large dining room table and huge sectional are great for a large group.

The host was responsive. The property was great and just as advertised. We travelled with family and lots of small ones. The location, pool, amenities were perfect for a large family.
