Cozy is a remodeled one bedroom cabin in Kachina Village, about 10 minutes south of downtown Flagstaff. The home has a warm interior, tall ceilings, a sunroom at the back, and a detached yoga studio in the yard.
Inside, the living room is the main place to gather, with the gas stove, the home’s only TV, and an open feel. The sunroom brings light into the back of the home, with the kitchen and dining area nearby for meals at the cabin. The bathroom includes a large soaking tub with a separate standing shower.
The detached yoga studio sits apart from the main cabin, and mesh WiFi reaches the cabin, yard, and studio. Outside, the yard is partially fenced and surrounded by mature trees. The neighborhood has limited streetlights, which can make clear nights good for stargazing.
Cozy sits on a hilltop cul de sac in a rustic residential part of Kachina Village, with a mix of manufactured and site-built homes nearby. Close neighbors and some highway noise from I-17 are part of the setting. Kachina Wetlands, Pumphouse County Natural Area, O’Neill Spring, and nearby trails are close to the neighborhood, while downtown Flagstaff and other northern Arizona destinations are within reach for day trips.

Pet area wasn't fully fenced. Front steps need to be fixed so that they are level and a railing needs to be added. The remodeling inside is very pretty but outside front and back are not very easy to navigate for someone older or unsteady on their feet.

This was a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. It is located in a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet. It is located near hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to Flagstaff. We had one issue with our stay and it was immediately addressed by Katannya, the owner. She also kept in contact throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning soon.

The cabin was very cozy and clean. The pictures nor the description properly tell you the cottage is in a trailer park. The picture cut off what is around the cabin. I will say the neighborhood is very quiet. Host was very easy to work she very responsive! She was a pleasure to work with
